The beloved power couple Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth recently exchanged vows in a picturesque South Indian wedding ceremony at a 400-year-old temple in Telangana. Both bride and groom wore elegant Sabyasachi creations, exuding a timeless charm.

Prior to the wedding, ‘Mrs & Mr Adu-Siddhu’ participated in a “Tell The Truth” interview with Vogue India. Their playful banter and seamless completion of each other’s sentences revealed their deep connection and mutual understanding.

In the video, Aditi playfully teased Siddharth on what he would do if left alone to which he replied saying he would “wither and die”. She also praised his honesty, noting he had never lied to her.

When the interviewer asks why Aditi loves him, Siddharth very cutely says, “I know Aditi loves me because she shows it. She shows it every single day.”

Aditi and Siddharth agreed that Siddharth was the more romantic partner and the first to say the magic 3 words, “I love you”. The couple last collaborated on the Telugu romantic action film Maha Samudram (2021), directed by Ajay Bhupathi.

When asked about Aditi’s morning routine, Siddharth jokingly described her as an unwelcome alarm clock, waking him up against his will. Aditi countered by emphasising the importance of rising with the sun, to which Siddharth playfully replied that he reluctantly and tearfully accepted the start of his day. He said, “I wake up reluctantly and in tears that my day has begun. Now, the one person in the world who relishes this moment, almost like taking candy from a baby, is this person (Aditi).”

As for Siddharth’s best attire, Aditi suggested either his hipster clothes or a traditional veshti, a South Indian garment that the Rang De Basanti actor also wore to their wedding.

When asked who is more likely to apologise first, Aditi enthusiastically claimed she would, but Siddharth playfully disagreed, stating that he apologises frequently due to his many mistakes. “I do so many things wrong every five minutes. Ninety per cent of the words I speak to her are ‘sorry,’ and the remaining ten per cent are ‘thank you’,” he said.

The couple’s differing opinions on their driving skills also led to a humorous exchange. While Aditi insisted she was a competent driver, Siddharth jokingly countered that she wasn’t a driver at all. “Tell me the last three times you drove me in the last three years? It never happened because you never drove,” he said.
