When Sadhguru detailed why a fruit diet is good for you

Many can’t get enough of fruits in their diet. But if you want to meet your fitness goals, and feel agile and alive, including fruits in your everyday diet can bring “miraculous” benefits. Calling fruits the most effective food for digestion, Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev spoke about why they are a must in one’s diet. “Fruits can do miraculous things to your body. One can become very alive and active. Your brain works best. The most digestible food is fruit,” said Sadhguru in a 2021 posted on his YouTube channel.

He also explained how eating fruits and incorporating them into one’s daily diet can reduce the burden on the environment and thus help the planet as well.

“Additionally, studies have shown that diets rich in fruits are associated with a reduced risk of chronic conditions such as heart disease, stroke, and certain cancers,” said Dr Batra.
