Ranveer Singh‘s transformation has inspired many of his fans and followers. But his ripped physique has also caught the eye of Hollywood stars like Ryan Reynolds who lauded the Padmavat actor’s ripped physique and even compared it with Hugh Jackman. “Oh…Ranveer Singh is amazing. He has done the voice of Deadpool, I think. He is very funny. But also ripped,” said Reynolds in a conversation on Marvel India’s YouTube page

Turning to Jackman, Reynolds commented, “You think you are in shape?” The Wolverine actor replied, “Really!” Reynolds added, “This guy makes you look like a ‘Crypt-Keeper’. He is amazing.”

“Protein is essential for muscle repair and growth, while complex carbohydrates provide the energy needed for intense workouts. Healthy fats, such as those found in avocados and nuts, support overall health and hormone production,” said Dr Bhavana.

Regular strength training is crucial for building and defining muscles. “Incorporate compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, which target multiple muscle groups and boost metabolism. Cardiovascular exercise is also important for reducing body fat and enhancing muscle definition. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) can be particularly effective in burning fat while preserving muscle mass,” said Dr Bhavana.

Hydration is crucial for muscle function and recovery, while omega-3 fatty acids, found in fish, reduce inflammation and support muscle growth. According to Dr Bhavana, including fatty fish like salmon in your diet provides essential proteins and healthy fats, aiding in achieving a ripped physique by promoting lean muscle and overall health.

“Adequate sleep and stress management are often overlooked but are essential for recovery and muscle growth. Chronic stress and poor sleep can lead to hormonal imbalances that hinder progress,” said Dr Bhavana.

So, it’s important to approach this goal with patience and consistency, understanding that building a ripped physique is a long-term commitment that requires sustained effort and healthy practices.
