Green almonds are rich in calcium and magnesium, core minerals essential for bone and teeth health. “Their regular consumption will make your bones and teeth stronger, thus reducing the risk of osteoporosis and other bone diseases,” said Divya.

The fibre content in green almonds aids digestion and promotes a healthy gut. “Its consumption, therefore, will keep digestive problems like constipation, away during the monsoon when diets and routines change, at bay,” said Divya.
