Videos circulating on social media show a huge blaze in occupied Luhansk after a reported Ukrainian attack using U.S.-supplied missiles.

Russian war correspondent Yuri Kotenok said Tuesday that there was a "strong fire after an explosion" on the outskirts of Ukraine's eastern Luhansk region. He said on his Telegram channel that his sources say the attack was carried out by Ukraine using either ATACMS ballistic missiles or HIMARS—M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System.

"There are casualties," he said.

Social media videos appeared to show the immediate aftermath of the strike.
