Basketball: NZ Breakers coach Mody Maor resigns with season left on Aussie NBL contract

NZ Breakers will begin their search for a new coach, after incumbent Mody Maor's shock resignation from the Auckland-based ANBL club.

Maor, 38, has spent two seasons at the helm, inheritting a team that finished 2021/22 with a worst-ever record of 5-23, and guiding them to the 2023 final and 2024 play-in game. He finishes his tenure with a coaching record of 36-30.
