MS Dhoni: What was that thing strapped on CSK star’s ankle after Delhi game?

In a video going viral on the social media, MS Dhoni can been seen hobbling with a heavily strapped ice pack on his ankle, following Chennai Super Kings’ (CSK) 20-run loss against Delhi Capitals in Vizag.

In the video, Dhoni can be seen talking with the youngsters and then he walked towards the ground staffs of Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy ACA-VDCA Cricket Stadium, and took a group photo.

During the match, Dhoni walked rolled back time as he smashed a 16-ball 37 not out. But it wasn’t enough with his team finishing short at 171 for 6, while chasing 192.

Dhoni, who stepped down from his captaincy role and was succeeded by Ruturaj Gaikwad, had not had the chance to bat before Sunday.

Yet, CSK lost the match, if at all that matters. MS Dhoni almost rendered the result inconsequential—the spectators would take home the Dhoni blaze, even though his knock could not deny Delhi Capitals a 20-run win and first points of the season.
